On an oval shaped hill south of Circleville, Ohio stands the Historic farm of Mount Oval. The house was built by William Renick in 1832. Upon her death in 2012, the former owner, Mary Ruth Tolbert, bequeathed Mt Oval to the Pickaway County Historical Society. It was her dearest wish for Mt Oval to become a living historical museum and to share its beauty and rich history with the general public.
